Discipline Procedures

Crowborough RFC has four Disciplinary Panels that are charges with the responsibility of maintaining the standards of discipline within the club. The club is responsible for the conduct of its own members, and, through the Disciplinary Panels, for investigating any allegations of inappropriate behaviour and taking appropriate action in accordance with the Regulations set out by the Rugby Football Union

Should a Disciplinary Offence be reported, either on or off the field of play, the club member/members allegedly involved will be requested to appear before the appropriate Disciplinary Panel to answer the alleged charges. Where the incident involves a Mini or Junior Players the player’s Parents/Carers will be required to appear before the appropriate Disciplinary Panel.
